Ready To Work Academy
Advocacy
The Arc of Lucas County trains individuals, parents
and caregivers to be better advocates for necessary
services. The Arc educates legislators and policy makers
regarding critical disability issues and needs. The Arc
also represents your interests and concerns on the local,
state, and national level.


Information and Referral
The Arc of Lucas County provides accurate information
and linkages to community resources. The Arc also
provides educational programs on school, behavior and
transition issues for individuals, families and
professionals.


Support
The Arc of Lucas County facilitates support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, friends, and professional service providers. The Arc promotes family-to-family sharing of information, networking, and mutual support.
